The evolution of the blood feeding adaptation in mosquitoes required hormonal coordination of multiple physiological processes (behavior, digestion, diuresis, oogenesis). The Aedes kinins (leucokinin-like neuropeptides) are involved in post blood feeding physiological processes, having diuretic and myotropic functions. To understand the in vivo contribution of the kinin receptor to overall female post-prandial fluid excretion, RNAi knockdown was followed by fluid secretion assays which proved its fundamental role in rapid diuresis. The Aedes kinin receptor was also localized in several tissues not previously reported in mosquitoes. Results highlight the integrative role of the Aedes kinins in the success of the blood feeding adaptation.

Pour comprendre la contribution en vivo du r&#xE9;cepteur &#xE0; l&#x26;#39;ensemble des kinines excr&#xE9;tion de liquide femmes post-prandiale, knockdown ARNi a &#xE9;t&#xE9; suivie par des tests de s&#xE9;cr&#xE9;tion des fluides qui a prouv&#xE9; son r&#xF4;le fondamental dans la diur&#xE8;se rapide. Le r&#xE9;cepteur Aedes kinine a &#xE9;galement &#xE9;t&#xE9; localis&#xE9; dans les tissus de plusieurs, non signal&#xE9;s pr&#xE9;c&#xE9;demment chez les moustiques. Les r&#xE9;sultats font ressortir le r&#xF4;le int&#xE9;grateur des kinines Aedes dans le succ&#xE8;s de l&#x26;#39;adaptation se nourrir de sang.

El Aedes cininas (leucoquinina-como neurop&#xE9;ptidos) est&#xE1;n involucrados en la sangre despu&#xE9;s de la alimentaci&#xF3;n de los procesos fisiol&#xF3;gicos, que tiene funciones diur&#xE9;ticas y myotropic. Para comprender el vivo en la contribuci&#xF3;n de los receptores de cininas de la excreci&#xF3;n total de mujeres de fluido post-prandial, RNAi desmontables fue seguido por los ensayos de la secreci&#xF3;n de fluidos que demostraron su papel fundamental en la diuresis r&#xE1;pida. El receptor de Aedes quinina se localiz&#xF3; tambi&#xE9;n en varios tejidos no reportadas previamente en los mosquitos.
