Activador de despeinarse-asociados de la morfog&eacute;nesis 1 (DAAM1) es un formin actuando aguas abajo de la que es importante para la polaridad de la c&eacute;lula de planar de se&ntilde;alizaci&oacute;n de Wnt. Se ha demostrado para promover la polarizaci&oacute;n celular adecuada durante el desarrollo embrionario en Drosophila y Xenopus. Importante, DAAM1 ATA a Disheveled (Dvl) y as&iacute; funciones aguas abajo de los receptores de freido. Poco se sabe de c&oacute;mo DAAM1 se localiza y funciones en c&eacute;lulas de mam&iacute;feros. Aqu&iacute; investigamos c&oacute;mo DAAM1 afecta la migraci&oacute;n y la polarizaci&oacute;n de las c&eacute;lulas cultivadas y concluir que desempe&ntilde;a un papel clave en la polaridad del centrosoma.

DAAM1 es un formin necesaria para la reorientaci&oacute;n del centrosoma durante la migraci&oacute;n celular.

DAAM1 &#x662F; formin &#x6240;&#x9700;&#x7684;&#x4E2D;&#x5FC3;&#x4F53;&#x5728;&#x7EC6;&#x80DE;&#x8FC1;&#x79FB;&#x8FC7;&#x7A0B;&#x4E2D;&#x7684;&#x91CD;&#x65B0;&#x5B9A;&#x4F4D;&#x3002;

Disheveled-associated activator of morphogenesis 1 (DAAM1) is a formin acting downstream of Wnt signaling that is important for planar cell polarity. It has been shown to promote proper cell polarization during embryonic development in both Xenopus and Drosophila. Importantly, DAAM1 binds to Disheveled (Dvl) and thus functions downstream of the Frizzled receptors. Little is known of how DAAM1 is localized and functions in mammalian cells. We investigate here how DAAM1 affects migration and polarization of cultured cells and conclude that it plays a key role in centrosome polarity.

Il a &eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;montr&eacute; pour promouvoir la polarisation de la cellule appropri&eacute;e au cours du d&eacute;veloppement embryonnaire chez les Xenopus et Drosophila. Ce qui est important, DAAM1 se lie &agrave; &eacute;bouriff&eacute;e (Dvl) et donc en aval des fonctions des r&eacute;cepteurs Frizzled. On sait peu de comment DAAM1 est localis&eacute;e et fonctionne dans les cellules de mammif&egrave;res. Nous avons &eacute;tudier ici comment DAAM1 affecte la migration et la polarisation des cellules cultiv&eacute;es et conclure qu&#39;il joue un r&ocirc;le cl&eacute; dans la polarit&eacute; du centrosome.

Zerzaust-assoziierte Aktivator von Morphogenese 1 (DAAM1) ist ein braun handeln nachgeschaltete Wnt signalisieren, die f&uuml;r planare Zellpolarit&auml;t wichtig. Es hat sich gezeigt, richtige Zelle Polarisation w&auml;hrend der Embryonalentwicklung in Xenopus und Drosophila zu f&ouml;rdern. Wichtiger ist, DAAM1 Bindung an Disheveled (Dvl) und damit die Funktionen stromabw&auml;rts von dem gezischten-Rezeptoren. Ist wenig bekannt, wie DAAM1 ist lokalisiert und fungiert in den S&auml;ugetier-Zellen. Wir untersuchen hier Auswirkungen von Migration und Polarisation der kultivierten Zellen in DAAM1 und feststellen, dass es eine Schl&uuml;sselrolle in Zentrosom Polarit&auml;t spielt.
