A procedure for the preparation of porous hybrid separation media composed of a macroporous polymer monolith internally coated by a high surface area microporous coordination polymer is presented.
Here, we present a protocol to label platelet lysate-derived extracellular vesicles to monitor their migration and uptake in cartilage explants used as a model for osteoarthritis.
Here, we present a method for the isolation of Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) derived from the platelet lysates (PL) and their use for coating titanium (Ti) implant surfaces. We describe the drop casting coating method, the EVs release profile from the surfaces, and in vitro biocompatibility of EVs coated Ti surfaces.
