High-resolution Respirometry to Measure Mitochondrial Function of Intact Beta Cells in the Presence of Natural Compounds

The overall goal of this approach is to directly assess the respiratory function of pancreatic beta cells, under insulin stimulatory conditions. This can also be used to observe the effect of different compounds on beta cell respiratory function.
