Los elementos más importantes de este procedimiento son la selección de embriones sanos con hemocitos claramente etiquetados y montarlos con cuidado, sin dañarlos. Una vez que los embriones se encuentran en el aceite de halocarbonos son resistentes a la deshidratación y una vez montado se pueden obtener imágenes durante varias horas. En nuestras manos podemos hemocitos imagen durante tres horas, con la deshidratación insignificante del embrión o del obvio foto-daño, teniendo un z-stack de imágenes cada tres min...
