Abstract

For nylig er der udviklet og frigivet en ny implementering af en tidligere beskrevet metode til fortolkning af genomdækkende foreningsundersøgelsesdata (GWAS) ved hjælp af metabolisk vejanalyse. Pathway Association Study Tool (PAST) blev udviklet for at løse problemer med brugervenlighed og langsomme analyser. Dette nye brugervenlige værktøj er blevet udgivet på Bioconductor og Github. I test kørte PAST analyser på mindre end en time, der tidligere krævede 24 eller flere timer. I denne artikel præsenterer vi protokollen for at bruge enten Shiny-applikationen eller R-konsollen til at køre FORBI.
