Abstract

肿瘤靶基因的探索对于宫颈癌的防治具有重要意义。在这项研究中,我们概述了在宫颈癌中鉴定肿瘤靶基因FAM83A所涉及的步骤。首先,利用癌症基因组图谱数据集验证FAM83A在女性中的表达和预后意义。使用小干扰 RNA (siRNA) 敲低 HeLaC33a 细胞中的 FAM83A 基因。接下来,进行5-乙炔基-2'-脱氧尿苷(EdU)染色以确定对肿瘤细胞增殖能力的影响。进行伤口愈合和多孔膜插入试验以评估肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭能力。
