Процедура лечения для electrochemotherapy состоит из местного или системного введения наркотиков следует доставки электрических импульсов применяется к опухоли 1. Подробную информацию о лечении опубликован в Стандартные операционные процедуры (СОП) 2. Лечение показания: <ol><li> Опухоль типа: базально-клеточная карцинома, и кожных метастазов злокачественной меланомы, карциномы молочной железы, гипернефрома, саркома Капоши и другие. </li><li> Опухоль расположение: доступные кожные и подкожные узелки опухоли на всех частях тела. </li><li> Размер опухоли может быть от 3 мм до 3-5 см в диаметре. </li><li> Количество узелков; от 1 до до 100. </li></ol> Процедура лечения: <ol><li> Местным или общим наркозом, в зависимости от количества обработанных узлов и местоположения. </li><li> Наркотиками выбор: цисплатин или блеомицин. Цисплатин и блеомицин может быть введен интратуморально, блеомицин также внутривенно в дозе 15 000 МЕ / м 2. Введенный доза для intratumoural применения блеомицин является 250-1000 МЕ / см 3 опухолевой ткани и цисплатин 0,5 -1 мг / см 3 опухолевой ткани </li><li> Временной интервал между приемом препаратов и применение электрических импульсов, после внутриопухолевые введения препарата сразу же после внутривенного введения через 8 мин. до 28 мин. </li><li> Электрический генератор импульсов для electrochemotherapy должны обеспечить меандр электрические импульсы амплитудой 1000 В и выше, частота повторения от 1 Гц до 5 кГц. </li><li> Электрические параметры импульсов: 8 импульсов например, 1000 В при 8 мм расстояние между двумя пластинчатыми электродами, частотой 1 Гц или 5 кГц, длительность импульса 100 мкс. </li><li> Если вся опухоль не может быть охвачено между электродами, применение электрических импульсов следует повторить, что много раз с тем чтобы охватить всю площадь опухоли, в том числе запасы безопасности. </li><li> Электрод типа: пластины электродов используются для малого, поверхностны узелки опухоли, игольчатые электроды для лечения глубоких посеяны узелков под кожей. </li></ol> Другие особенности лечения: <ol><li> Обычно одного метода лечения, эффективного для опухолевых узелков ликвидации, однако electrochemotherapy можно повторить через 4 недели интервалы на оставшиеся ткани опухоли или других узелки опухоли. </li></ol> Из-за отсутствия системной токсичности - из-за очень низкой дозы блеомицина или цисплатин необходимы - пациенты могут лечиться на амбулаторно, и может покинуть больницу вскоре после лечения.

Увеличение цитотоксичности блеомицин под воздействием клеток к electroporative электрических импульсов была впервые описана Окино M и Мир LM 3,4. Кроме того, механизмы, лежащие в основе эффективности electrochemotherapy были разработаны, демонстрируя, что, помимо прямого воздействия electrochemotherapy к опухолевым клеткам, сосудистые нарушения эффект и иммунного ответа участвуют 1,6,9. Все эти собранные данные позволили перевод electrochemotherapy в клиниках. Первые клинические испытания показали эффективность electrochemotherapy на голове и шее и меланоме опухолевые узелки 10. Позже, его эффективность была продемонстрирована на других типах опухолей, таких, как базально-клеточный рак кожи, кожные метастазы меланомы, опухолей молочной железы, гипернефрома и саркома Капоши. Есть несколько доклады с оценкой коллективно все клинические данные, опубликованные на electrochemotherapy блеомицином и цисплатин 11-15. electrochemotherapy of tumours

Electrochemotherapy является комбинированное использование некоторых химиотерапевтических препаратов и электрических импульсов применяется для лечения опухоли узелка.
