L&#39;<em&gt; Drosophile</em&gt; Jonction neuromusculaire (JNM) est un système modèle établi utilisée pour l&#39;étude du développement synaptique et la plasticité. L&#39;utilisation généralisée de la<em&gt; Drosophile</em&gt; Système de moteur est due à sa grande accessibilité. Elle peut être analysée avec une seule cellule de résolution. Il ya 30 muscles par hemisegment dont l&#39;agencement intérieur la paroi du corps périphériques sont connus. Un total de 31 neurones moteurs attachent à ces muscles dans un modèle qui a la haute fidélité. En utilisant la biologie moléculaire et la génétique, on peut créer des animaux transgéniques ou mutants. Ensuite, on peut étudier les conséquences du développement sur la morphologie et la fonction du MNJ. L&#39;immunohistochimie peut être utilisée pour l&#39;image clairement les composantes de la JNM. Dans cet article, nous montrons comment utiliser coloration des anticorps pour visualiser les<em&gt; Drosophile</em&gt; Larvaires JNM.
