<p class="jove_content"> Wir haben rund 1200 Fälle von Nierentransplantation bei Mäusen mit einer technischen Erfolgsrate von&gt; 90% durchgeführt. Im Vergleich zur Herztransplantation ist die Erfolgsrate von Nierentransplantationen in der Regel gering. Allerdings hat unser Labor eine hohe Erfolgsrate (&gt; 90%) von Nieren-Transplantation erhalten. <p class="jove_content"> Renal orthotopen Transplantation bei Mäusen ist eine technisch anspruchsvolle Verfahren. Obwohl die erste Nierentransplantation in Mäuse wurden durch Russell et al vor über 30 Jahren (1) durchgeführt und verfeinert von Zhang et al Jahre später (2) haben nur wenige Menschen in der Welt dieses Verfahren beherrschen. In unserem Labor haben wir erfolgreich 1200 orthotopen Nierentransplantation mit&gt; 90% Überlebensrate durchgeführt. Die wichtigsten Punkte für den Erfolg sind strengere Kontrolle der Reperfusion, Blutungen und Thrombosen, sowohl während des Verfahrens und nach der Transplantation und die Verwendung von 10-0 anstelle von 11-0 Naht für Anastomosen. </p><p class="jove_content"> Post-operative Behandlung und Pflege des Empfängers ist extrem wichtig für den Erfolg und Einschätzung für eine Transplantation. Alle Nierentransplantats Empfänger erhalten Antibiotika in Form einer Injektion von Penicillin sofort nach der Transplantation und sulfatrim in das Trinkwasser ständig. Insgesamt Tiergesundheit ausgewertet wird täglich und Vollblut-Kreatinin-Analysen werden regelmäßig mit einem tragbaren I-STAT Maschine Organfunktion zu beurteilen durchgeführt. </p>
