<p class="jove_content">ワークフローは、下流の微生物群集のための沿岸海域、栄養素と微量ガス分析の収集から始まります。今日のデモのサンプルについてはサーニッチのインレットでHMSジョンストリックランドの動作のデッキから採取された。このビデオドキュメント少量（〜1L）水柱から微生物バイオマスのろ過。プロトコルは、大量のサンプリングプロトコルつの大きな違いは、前述のの拡張です：ここで、は事前に濾過工程が存在しない、バイオマスのようにすべてのサイズクラスはカットオフフィルター0.22μmの下に収集されます。サンプルは、核酸分析のための理想的なこの方法を集めた。セットアップ、ろ過し、クリーンアップ手順は、それぞれ20〜30分程度かかります。最大8サンプルを同時にフィルタリングすることが、同時に二つの蠕動ポンプを使用している場合。サンプリングの合間にバイオフィルム形成を防止するために、すべてのろ過装置を希HCl及び脱イオン水で洗浄し、使用後すぐにオートクレーブする必要があります。</p>
