<p class="jove_content">흐름은 하류 미생물 커뮤니티 해안 해양 물, 영양 및 추적 가스 분석의 수집과 함께 시작됩니다. 오늘의 데모 샘플 사니치 후미에 HMS 존 스트 리클 랜드 운영의 갑판에서 수집되었다. 이 동영상은 문서 소량 (~ 1 L) 물 기둥에서 미생물 바이오 매스의 여과. 바이오 매스의 크기 수업 컷 - 오프 필터 0.22 μm의 아래로 수집하므로, 여기에는 사전에 여과 단계가 없습니다 : 프로토콜은 큰 볼륨 샘플링 프로토콜 하나의 큰 차이와, 앞에서 설명한의 확장 기능입니다. 샘플 핵산 분석에 이상적입니다 이런 방식을 수집했습니다. 설정, 여과 및 정리 단계는 각 20~30분 정도 걸릴. 8 최대 샘플은 동시에 필터링 수, 동시에 두 연동 펌프를 사용하는 경우. 샘플링 여행 사이의 biofilm 형성을 방지하기 위해, 모든 여과 장비는 희석 HCL 및 탈이온수로 씻어서 바로 사용 후 autoclaved해야합니다.</p>
