Ligando-canali ionici alla base della comunicazione sinaptica nel sistema nervoso 1. Nei mammiferi ci sono tre famiglie di canali ligando-dipendenti: il ciclo Cys, il glutammato-dipendenti ed i canali recettori P2X 2.
