<p class="jove_content">Иммуногистохимии (IHC) является одним из наиболее широко используемых лабораторных методов для выявления белков-мишеней<em&gt; На месте</em&gt;. Вопросы, касающиеся выражения структура белка-мишени по всему мозгу могут быть сравнительно легко ответить при использовании IHC в маленький мозг, такие, как у грызунов. Однако, отвечая на те же вопросы в крупных и запутанные мозги, такие как приматы представляет ряд проблем. Здесь мы представляем систематический подход к иммунодетекции целевых белков в мозгу взрослого организма обезьяны.
