<p class="jove_content">Coomassie Brillant Blue (CBB), toksik ve yanıcı organik çözücüler (Metanol, Etanol ve 2-propanol) ve asetik asit içeriği ile çözümler kullanarak klasik protein boyama protokolleri, fiksasyon için kullanılan boyama ve SDS sonra bir jel proteinlerin destaining -PAGE. Kısa bir süre mikrodalga fırında ısıtma, boyama çözüm prosedürü hızlandırmak için sık sık kullanılır. Bu genellikle toksik veya tehlikeli Metanol, Etanol ve 2-Propanol ve güvenliği ile ilgili hususlar nedeniyle kaçınılmalıdır laboratuar asetik asit güçlü bir koku buharlaşması sonuçlanır.
