Il midollo spinale del mouse neonatale è un modello per studiare lo sviluppo della circuiteria neuronale e del movimento motorio. Dimostriamo la dissezione del midollo spinale e la preparazione del bagno di liquido cerebrospinale di registrazione artificiali utilizzati per gli studi locomotore. Una volta sezionato, l&#39;radici nervose del midollo spinale ventrale può essere collegato a un elettrodo per la registrazione dei segnali elettrofisiologici del circuito centrale generando modello all&#39;interno del midollo lombare.
