Обесценение синаптических связей, скорее всего, лежат в основе тонких амнезии изменения, происходящие на ранних стадиях болезни Альцгеймера с (AD). β-амилоида (Ар), пептид, производимых в больших количествах в AD, как известно, уменьшает долговременной потенциации (LTP), сотовые коррелят обучения и памяти.
