Coverslips طلاء : ضع coverslips تعقيمها في طبق بتري 60 مم. الماصة 5 من المجاهدين الموالين مزيج Laminin / على مركز كل ساترة. مكان في الحاضنة لمدة 2 C 37 ساعة. شطف coverslips 3X مع 100 UL تعقيمها كل من المياه. استخدام الفراغ يعلق على الماصة باستور العقيمة. خلال مشاركة شطف ، التقط ساترة مع ملقط والجافة الجانبين. نقل ساترة لطبق بيتري 35mm. تخزين في درجة حرارة الغرفة لمدة تصل الى شهر.
