Trocknen Sie das austretende Kammerwasser mit einem Taschentuch und geben Sie Kochsalztropfen auf das Auge, um es feucht zu halten.
Positionieren Sie die Kanüle senkrecht, damit die Lebersphäroide zur Spitze hingezogen werden, und führen Sie sie dann vorsichtig in das Loch ein. Mit der Hamilton-Spritze die Lebersteroide langsam in das ACE ausscheiden. Stoßen Sie mit der Spitze der Kanüle vorsichtig von außen in die Hornhaut, um die Lebersphäroide um die Pupille herum zu positionieren.
Nach 5 bis 10 Minuten lösen Sie das Auge von der Pinzette. Um die Hornhaut zu schmieren und zu heilen, tragen Sie Vaseline Augensalbe auf das operierte Auge auf. Verabreichen Sie das Analgetikum vor dem Aufwecken der Maus subkutan, um postoperative Beschwerden zu vermeiden.
