Intubation fibroscopique chez les patients pédiatriques est souvent nécessaire en particulier dans les voies aériennes difficiles d&#39;syndromique des patients à savoir le syndrome de Pierre Robin. Les petits bébés se désaturer très rapidement si la ventilation est interrompue principalement à taux métabolique élevé. Nous décrivons les lignes directrices pour effectuer une intubation fibroscopique sûrs tout en conservant une respiration spontanée pendant toute la procédure. Étapes nécessitant l&#39;utilisation de la pompe du propofol, du fentanyl, glycopyrrolate, cathéter en caoutchouc rouge, crochet métallique insuflation, Afrin, lubrifiant et de pulvérisation de lidocaïne sont affichés.
