Fiberoptische Intubation bei pädiatrischen Patienten ist oft gerade in schwierigen Atemwegen von Patienten syndromale dh Pierre-Robin-Syndrom erforderlich. Kleine Babys sehr schnell Entsättigen, wenn die Belüftung ist vor allem eine hohe Stoffwechselrate unterbrochen. Wir beschreiben Richtlinien, um eine sichere fiberoptische Intubation durchzuführen und gleichzeitig die Spontanatmung während des gesamten Verfahrens.
