Рисование крови от грызунов необходимо для большого числа как в пробирке и в естественных исследованиях. Сайты крови привлекает множество у грызунов: ретро-орбитальной пазухи, яремной вены, верхнечелюстной вены, подкожной вены, сердце. Каждый метод имеет свои преимущества и недостатки, а некоторые из них не одобрен уже не в некоторых странах (например, ретро-орбитальной привлекает в Голландии). Обсуждение различных методов для рисования крови имеются 1-3. Здесь мы приведем два способа забора крови у крыс, каждый со своими специфическими приложениями. Кровь извлечь из подкожной вены, если это сделано должным образом, вызывает минимальное бедствие у животных и не требует анестезии. Эта техника позволяет повторять привлекает небольших количеств крови, например, сколько необходимо для фармакокинетических исследований 4,5, определяющих плазмохимии, или анализ крови 6. Сердечная пункция позволяет собирать большое количество крови от одного животного (до 10 мл крови можно сделать из 150 крыс г). Этот метод, следовательно, очень полезны в качестве терминала процедуры при взятии крови из подкожной не обеспечит достаточно большой выборке. Мы используем пункции сердца, когда нам нужно достаточное количество сыворотки от конкретного штамма крыс расти Т-лимфоцитов в пробирке линиями 4-9.
