<p style=";text-align:right;direction:rtl"> لقد أثبتنا في تصنيع جهاز مستويين ميكروفلويديك التي يمكن دمجها بسهولة مع الاجهزة الكهربية الموجودة. غير ملفقة الجهاز مستويين ميكروفلويديك باستخدام معيار من خطوتين السلبية مقاومة عملية الطباعة الحجرية <sup>1.</sup> المستوى الأول يحتوي microchannels مع مدخل ومخرج الموانئ في كل نهاية. المستوى الثاني يحتوي على ثقوب دائرية تقع في منتصف الطريق الميكروسكيل طول القناة ، وتركزت على طول مع عرض القناة. يستخدم الأسلوب السلبي الضخ على ضخ السوائل من مدخل الميناء إلى الميناء منفذا <sup>2.</sup> تم دمج جهاز ميكروفلويديك مع الجاهزة للغرف نضح ويسمح التكامل السلس مع الإعداد الكهربية. السوائل التي تم تقديمها في مدخل الموانئ تدفق من خلال microchannels نحو المنافذ منفذ والهروب أيضا من خلال فتحات دائرية تقع في أعلى microchannels في حمام من نضح. ومن ثم لا يمكن أن يتعرض السطح السفلي من شريحة الدماغ وضعت في غرفة وحمام نضح أعلاه مع الجهاز ميكروفلويديك العصبية المختلفة. سمك الميكروسكيل الجهاز ميكروفلويديك وطبيعة شفافة للمواد [الزجاج ساترة وPDMS (polydimethylsiloxane)] تستخدم لجعل الجهاز ميكروفلويديك تسمح المجهري لشريحة الدماغ. الجهاز ميكروفلويديك يسمح تعديل (سواء المكانية والزمانية) من المحفزات الكيميائية التي أدخلت على microenvironments شريحة الدماغ. </p>
