Eine normale Hornhaut ist klar, der vaskulären Gewebe. Allerdings kann die Blutgefäße induziert, zu wachsen und in der Hornhaut, wenn potente angiogene Faktoren 1 verabreicht werden überleben. Diese Einzigartigkeit hat die Hornhaut Tasche Assay eine der am häufigsten verwendeten Modelle zur Angiogenese-Studien. Die Hornhaut komponiert mehrere Schichten von Zellen. Es ist daher möglich, ein Pellet mit der angiogenen Faktor des Interesses an der Hornhaut, um seine angiogene Wirkung 2,3 untersuchen einbinden. Hier bieten wir Ihnen eine Schritt für Schritt Demonstration, wie man (I) produzieren die angiogenen Faktor-haltige Pellet (II) betten die Pellets in die Hornhaut (III) eine Analyse der Angiogenese durch den angiogenen Faktor von Interesse induziert. Da die basischen Fibroblasten-Wachstumsfaktor (bFGF) als einer der stärksten angiogenen Faktoren 4 bekannt ist, ist es hier, die Angiogenese in der Hornhaut zu induzieren.
