Par conséquent, les ADNc sont préparés à partir d&#39;ARN totaux par transcription inverse en utilisant des amorces aléatoires au lieu d&#39;oligo-dT amorces. La méthode par CLHP et les conditions d&#39;élution décrites ici donnent des séparations optimales de sous-types H1 souris. En quantifiant le profil HPLC, nous calculons la proportion relative des sous-types H1 individuels au sein de la famille H1, ainsi que de déterminer le ratio de H1 à nucléosome dans les cellules.
