Cellule staminali embrionali umane (hESC) sono pluripotenti e una fonte inestimabile per cellulari in vitro modelli di malattia e della medicina rigenerativa 1. E &#39;stato precedentemente dimostrato che cellule somatiche umane può essere riprogrammato per pluripotenza dall&#39;espressione ectopica di quattro fattori di trascrizione (Oct4, Sox2, Klf4 e Myc) e diventare cellule staminali pluripotenti indotte (iPSCs) 2-4.
