Herpes simplex virus de type 1 (HSV-1) établit une infection latente long de la vie dans les neurones périphériques. Nous présentons ici les plus un modèle in vitro utilisant cultivées primaires neurones sympathiques de rat ganglions cervicaux supérieurs (SCG) (Figure 1) pour étudier le HSV-1 de latence et la réactivation qui correspond si ce n&#39;est pas tous les critères souhaités.
