B7-H1 (PD-L1) en de binding aan PD-1 een grote tumor geïnduceerde immunosuppressieve signaal in de tumor micro-omgeving. Een immunohistochemische kleuring techniek om de expressie en lokalisatie van B7-H1 in pancreas adenocarcinoom karakteriseren wordt hier beschreven.
