B7-H1 (PD-L1) et sa liaison au PD-1 fournissent une importante induite par la tumeur de signal immunosuppresseur dans le micro de la tumeur. Une technique de coloration immunohistochimique pour caractériser l'expression et la localisation de B7-H1 dans l'adénocarcinome pancréatique est décrite ici.
