Questo problema si include l&#39;identificazione dei componenti molecolari coinvolti nella regolazione delle cascate di trasduzione del segnale diverse neuro ormone. Elevazioni di Ca 2 + intracellulare svolgono un ruolo importante nella regolazione della sensibilità dei neuroni, sia a livello di trasduzione del segnale e nei siti sinaptici. Sono emersi nuovi strumenti per identificare neuroni nel miriade di neuroni cerebrali esprimendo la proteina fluorescente verde (GFP) sotto il controllo di un promotore specifico. Per monitorare tempo e nello spazio stimolo-indotto di Ca 2 + risposte in GFP-tagged neuroni, un non-verde fluorescente Ca 2 + indicatore colorante nresponsabili politici da utilizzare.
