Human pulp-afgeleide stamcellen (hDPSCs) bezit zijn van hoge proliferatie potentieel met multi-lijn differentiatie capaciteit te vergelijken met de gewone bron van volwassen stamcellen<sup&gt; 1 tot 8</sup&gt;, Daarom hDPSCs zou kunnen zijn van de goede kandidaten voor autologe transplantatie in de tissue engineering en regeneratieve geneeskunde. Naast deze voordelen, bezit de mesenchymale stamcellen (MSC) functies, zoals immunolodulatory effect maken hDPSCs waardevoller, zelfs bij allograft transplantatie<sup&gt; 6,9,10</sup&gt;. Daarom is de eerste stap voor het gebruik van deze bron van stamcellen is het selecteren van de beste protocol voor het isoleren van hDPSCs pulpa. Om dit doel te bereiken, is het cruciaal om het effect van verschillende isolatie omstandigheden onderzoeken op verschillende cellulaire gedrag, zoals hun gemeenschappelijke oppervlaktemerkers en ook de differentiatiecapaciteit.</p&gt;<p class="jove_content"&gt; Zo, hier zijn we scheiden de menselijke pulpa van invloed derde molaar tanden, en vervolgens gebruikt zowel bestaande protocollen gebaseerd op literatuur, voor het isoleren van hDPSCs,<sup&gt; 11 tot 13</sup&gt;<em&gt; Dat wil zeggen</em&gt; Enzymatische dissociatie van pulpa (DPSC-ED) of uitgroei van weefselexplantaten (DPSC-OG).
