Les cellules souches dérivées de la pâte (hDPSCs) possèdent un potentiel de prolifération élevé avec une capacité de différenciation de lignées multiples comparer à la source ordinaire de cellules souches adultes<sup&gt; 08.01</sup&gt; Et, par conséquent, hDPSCs pourraient être les bons candidats pour une transplantation autologue dans l&#39;ingénierie tissulaire et la médecine régénérative. En plus de ces avantages, possédant les cellules souches mésenchymateuses (CSM) les caractéristiques, telles que l&#39;effet immunolodulatory, assurez-hDPSCs plus précieux, même dans le cas de la transplantation d&#39;allogreffes<sup&gt; 6,9,10</sup&gt;. Par conséquent, la première étape de l&#39;utilisation de cette source de cellules souches est de choisir le meilleur protocole pour isoler hDPSCs du tissu pulpaire. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il est essentiel d&#39;étudier l&#39;effet de diverses conditions d&#39;isolement sur les différents comportements cellulaires, tels que les marqueurs de surface communs et aussi leur capacité de différenciation.</p&gt;<p class="jove_content"&gt; Ainsi, ici nous séparer pulpe humaine touchées troisième molaires, puis utilisé deux protocoles existants sur la base de la littérature, pour hDPSCs isolement,<sup&gt; 11-13</sup&gt;<em&gt; Ie</em&gt; Dissociation enzymatique du tissu pulpaire (DPSC-ED) ou excroissance à partir d&#39;explants de tissus (DPSC-OG). Par la suite, ces deux protocoles ont été comparés en fonction de la puissance de différenciation en odontoblastes fois par la réaction en chaîne par polymérase quantitative (qPCR) et rouge d&#39;alizarine coloration. QPCR ont été utilisés pour l&#39;évaluation de l&#39;expression des gènes liés à la minéralisation (phosphatase alcaline; ALP, matrice extracellulaire phosphoglycoprotéine; MEPE et la dentine sialophosphoprotéine; DSPP).<sup&gt; 14</sup</p
