In dit rapport demonstreren we een bioluminescentie methode voor niet-invasieve beeldvorming van ontsteking bij levende dieren. Neutrofielen en macrofagen zijn belangrijke immuun mediatoren van weefselontsteking. Ontsteking is een fundamenteel aspect van vele menselijke ziekten. In deze video verslag, tonen we aan niet-invasieve bioluminescentie imaging technieken die acute en chronische ontsteking te onderscheiden in muismodellen.
