in vivo postnatal electroporation and time-lapse imaging of neuroblast migration in mouse acute brain slices

A zona subventricular (SVZ) é um dos principais nichos neurogénicos no cérebro pós-natal. Aqui, células progenitoras neurais proliferam e dão origem a neuroblastos, capazes de se mover ao longo do fluxo migratório rostral (RMS) em direcção ao bolbo olfactivo (OB). Esta migração de longa distância é necessário para a maturação posterior dos neurônios recém-nascidos no OB, mas os mecanismos moleculares que regulam este processo ainda não são claras.
