Een ideale impuls stimulus praktisch niet haalbaar is, is het mogelijk een redelijke benadering van het verkrijgen via een actuator element dat hoogfrequente verplaatsingen genereert. Dit type licht tactiele-vibrerende stimulatie is bekend dat zowel diepe huid (bv. snel reageren, snel aanpassing Pacinian bloedlichaampjes) 2 en oppervlakkige receptoren (bv. laagdrempelige traag aan Merkel schijfvormige structuren) 2 richten. Gelijkstroom stimulatie apparaten, voornamelijk piëzo-elektrische actuatoren, zijn belast met een aantal nadelen, niet in het minst resonanties en kleine verplaatsingen. Om deze tekortkomingen te overwinnen, is een alternatieve uitvoering van de impuls-achtige stimulatie voorgesteld met behulp van een stompe punt (een cactus afgevlakte tip in ons geval) verticaalgemonteerd op het membraan midden van een mid-range luidspreker conus. Dit verschaft het voordeel van grotere verplaatsingen en breder frequentiespectrum. Een effectieve toepassing van een dergelijke inrichting is de studie van de relevante neurofysiologische probleem van de LFP&#39;s afhankelijkheid spikes. Vanwege de subtiele tijdelijk verband tussen deze elektrische gebeurtenissen een fijn gereguleerd apparaat nodig was voor het leveren van perifere stimuli. De stimuli was zo snel en ruimtelijk selectief mogelijk zijn om de &quot;achtergrondruis&quot; verminderen en scherper de signalen plaats. Hiertoe werden de stimuleringsapparaat en stimulus levering protocol gezamenlijk geoptimaliseerd voor de taak. In dit artikel beschrijven we de techniek en presenteren een aantal representatieve resultaten. Een stimulatie protocol gebaseerd op gerandomiseerd gepaarde-pulsen is ontworpen en geoptimaliseerd om gewenning te vermijden. Dit protocol biedt het voordeel klassieke paired peulvruchten en verminderde de mogelijkheid van valse vergrendeling tussen stimuli en spontane periodieke uitbarstingen van neuronale activiteit. Door deze gerandomiseerde gepaarde puls was het mogelijk om snel en betrouwbaar LFP en spike reacties te verkrijgen en de bijzonderheid van deze reacties in verband met de afhankelijkheid van zowel LFPs en pieken op de stimulatiegeschiedenis vangen. Inderdaad, uit de ruwe LFP reacties, een set van drie LFP voorzien (de LFP zelf, de LFP eerste afgeleide en fase van de eerste afgeleide) sterk correleert met de gemiddelde piek reactie werd geëxtraheerd. Aantal methoden zijn voorgesteld om modellen die pieken van LFP 3,4 voorspellen passen. In het algemeen een kritisch punt van het model aanpasproces gemeenschappelijk ook de voorspelling spike gebeurtenis uit de stimulus signaal wordt gevormd door de geschikte keuze van de doelfunctie te maximaliseren / minimaliseren. Terwijl een reeks van objectieve functies is voorstellend (bijv. correlatie en coherentie) 5 geen van deze gezamenlijk vangt de hele complexiteit van spike reacties. Bijgevolg wordt een nieuw kader op basis van multi-objective optimalisatie geïntroduceerd. We laten zien dat door het gebruik van de voorgestelde bedacht en deze computationele raamwerk is het mogelijk in te schatten een set van voorspellende modellen op basis van sterke LFP om relaties spike.

Huidige neurofysiologisch onderzoek heeft als doel om methoden te ontwikkelen om het signaal route van neuron tot neuron, namelijk in de overgangen van spikes om locale veldpotentialen (LFP&#39;s) en van LFP&#39;s tot spikes onderzoeken. LFP&#39;s hebben een complexe afhankelijkheid spike activiteit en hun relatie is nog steeds slecht begrepen 1. De opheldering van deze signaal relaties zou nuttig zijn, zowel voor klinische diagnostiek (bv. stimulatie paradigma voor Deep Brain Stimulation) en voor een dieper begrip van neurale codering strategieën in normale en pathologische omstandigheden (bijv. epilepsie, de ziekte van Parkinson, chronische pijn). Om dit doel, moet men de technische kwesties in verband met stimulatie apparaten, stimulatie paradigma en computationele analyses op te lossen. Daarom werd een op maat gemaakte stimulatie apparaat ontwikkeld om stimuli goed geregeld in de ruimte en tijd die niet maken in mechanische resonantie. Vervolgensals een illustratie, een reeks betrouwbare LFP-spike relaties werd geëxtraheerd. De werking van de inrichting werd onderzocht door extracellulaire opnames gezamenlijk pieken en LFP reacties op de toegepaste stimuli uit de rat primaire somatosensorische cortex. Vervolgens door middel van een multi-objective optimalisatie strategie, een voorspellend model spike optreden op basis LFPs geschat. De toepassing van dit paradigma blijkt dat de inrichting voldoende is geschikt voor hoogfrequente tactiele stimulatie leveren overtrof gemeenschappelijk piëzo-elektrische actuatoren. Als bewijs voor de werkzaamheid van de inrichting zijn de volgende resultaten weergegeven: 1) de timing en betrouwbaarheid van LFP reacties goed overeenkomen met de piek reacties, 2) LFPs zijn gevoelig voor de stimulatiegeschiedenis en vangen niet alleen de gemiddelde respons maar ook proef tot proef-schommelingen in de spike activiteit en ten slotte 3) met de LFP signaal kan men schatten diverse of voorspellende modellen die verschillende aspecten van de spike-activiteit vast te leggen.

Tip excursie functies Om de dynamische eigenschappen van de voorgestelde stimulerende inrichting karakteriseren, werd een reeks experimenten opgezet. Een specifieke inrichting die bestaat uit een galliumarsenide infrarood diode gekoppeld met een fototransistor silicium gebruikt om de punt verplaatsing, de verplaatsing duur en de eventuele verplaatsing vertragingen beoordelen.
