Peptid üçüncül amidler (PTAs) peptidomimetik oligomerlerin bir süper ailesidir. split-and-pool synthesis and characterization of peptide tertiary amide library

Peptidomimetics protein ligandların büyük kaynaklarıdır. Bu bileşiklerin yapısı oligomerik kombinasyon kimyası kullanılarak katı faz üzerinde büyük bir sentetik kütüphaneler erişim sağlamaktadır. Peptidomimetiklerin en iyi okudu sınıflardan biri peptoidler olduğunu. Peptoidler sentez kolaydır ve proteolize dirençli ve hücre-geçirgen olduğu gösterilmiştir.
