Este protocolo descreve um método simples para automaticamente a imagem de fluorescência de tecido específico em embriões de peixe-zebra. Estas ferramentas permitem o rastreio de produtos químicos que perturbam as vias de sinalização (ensaiado como uma mudança na intensidade de fluorescência) ou por produtos químicos que modulam a sinalização de um modo específico do tecido (alteração na fluorescência de localização) 4. Captura de imagem automatizado aumenta a taxa de transferência de telas químicas dramaticamente 5,6. Telas que fluorescência automaticamente ensaio no peixe-zebra ao vivo muitas vezes dependem de caros, equipamentos especializados. O chamado de triagem de alto teor fornece o benefício de alta resolução, imagens quantitativas, mas ao custo de usar leitores de placas especializadas equipadas para microscopia confocal 7,8. Embriões de peixe-zebra são uma poderosa ferramenta para a triagem em larga escala de pequenas moléculas.
