feeder-free derivation of neural crest progenitor cells from human pluripotent stem cells

Человека плюрипотентные стволовые клетки (hPSCs) имеют большой потенциал для изучения эмбрионального развития человека, для моделирования болезней человека в блюдо и в качестве источника для трансплантации клеток для регенеративной приложений после болезни или несчастного случая.
