한 나노 미터 정밀도 (피오나)와 형광 이미징은 xy 평면에서 나노 미터 정밀도로 하나의 형광체 국산화에 대한 간단하지만 유용한 기술이다. 여기 피오나 기술의 요약보고되고 피오나를 사용하여 수행 한 연구의 예를 다음과 같이 간략하게 설명되어 있습니다. 먼저, 어떻게 광학 정렬을 안내해 즉 FIONA 실험, 전반사 형광 현미경 (TIRFM)에 필요한 장비를 설정하도록 설명된다. 다음 방법에 양자 도트로 표지 한 절두 미오신 버지니아 모터의 36 nm의 스텝 사이즈를 측정 FIONA 사용 하였다 적절한 프로토콜을 이용하여 고정화를 Cy3-DNA 단일 분자 국산화에 간단한 FIONA 실험을 수행하기 위해 도시되어있다. 마지막으로, 두꺼운 샘플 피오나의 응용 프로그램을 확장하기위한 최근의 노력이보고됩니다. &gt; (이 침수 목표를 사용하여, 그 표시되고 양자점은 졸 - 겔 토끼 눈 각막에 깊이 배어200 μm의), 2 ~ 3 나노 미터의 현지화 정밀도는 달성 될 수있다.
