Metoder for å oppdage og overvåke mitokondrie ytre membran proteiner komponenter i animalske vev er viktig å studere mitokondrie fysiologi og patofysiologi. Denne protokollen beskriver en teknikk hvor mitokondriene isolert fra gnager vev immunolabeled og analysert ved strømningscytometri.
