La suppression des yeux, aussi appelé l'énucléation, fournit une stratégie utile pour étudier les aspects de visuel, multi-modal, et la plasticité du développement le long du système visuel des mammifères, car il induit irréversible partielle (monoculaire) ou complète (binoculaire) la perte de vision. Nous décrivons ici une approche hautement reproductible et simple à effectuer dans l'énucléation in vivo.
