De prekliniska strategier (både in vitro och in vivo) är suboptimala så många exempel har visat att antitumörläkemedel beter sig annorlunda i mänskligt och hos försöksdjur huvudsakligen på grund av deras olika blodkomponenter 3-5. För att möta behovet av en antitumör drug screening plattform och för att ge en check-point innan kostsamma djurförsök och kliniska prövningar, är ett humant helblod cytotoxicitetsanalys (WCA) som föreslås för utvärdering antitumör läkemedlets effektivitet på ett mer relevant biologisk miljö. Denhelblod cytotoxicitetsanalys kan användas för att utvärdera svaret av individuella celler till antikroppar och andra läkemedelskandidater i humant helblod. Den WCA utvecklas genom att införliva hög genomströmning cell positioneringsteknik med hög genomströmning och hög halt avbildning 6. Genom att använda ett automatiserat avbildningssystem kan antalet av både levande och döda celler bestämmas med en hög grad av precision. real-time cytotoxicity assays in human whole blood

En live cellbaserade helblod cytotoxicitetsanalys (WCA) som ger tillgång till temporal uppgifter av den totala cellcytotoxicitet utvecklas med hög genomströmning cellpositioneringsteknik. De riktade tumörcellpopulationer först förprogrammerad att immobilisering i en array format och märkta med gröna fluorescerande cytosoliska färgämnen.
