정위 주사는 쥐에서 대상 뇌 영역에 높은 역가의 렌티 바이러스를 전달하는 유용한 기술이다. 렌티 바이러스가 과발현 또는 뇌 조직에 큰 손상없이 비교적 집중된 지역에서 최저 유전자 발현 할 수 있습니다. 복구 후, 주입 된 마우스는 오픈 필드 테스트 (OFT)과 강제 수영 시험 (FST) 등의 다양한 행동 작업에 테스트 할 수 있습니다. OFT는 마우스 신규 오픈 필드의 중앙에 보내는 시간의 양을 측정함으로써 마우스에서 운동 및 불안 표현형을 평가하기 위해 디자인된다. 더 불안 마우스 대조군과 비교하여 신규 필드의 중심에서 상당히 적은 시간을 소요한다.
