L&#39;électrorétinogramme (ERG) est une méthode électrophysiologique non invasive qui a été largement utilisé en clinique pour déterminer la fonction de la rétine chez les humains. L&#39;activité électrique en réponse à un stimulus lumineux est mesuré en plaçant des électrodes d&#39;enregistrement sur la surface externe de la cornée. Les caractéristiques du modèle de stimulus et la forme d&#39;onde de réponse définissent les neurones rétiniens qui contribuent à la réponse. Cette méthode a été adaptée pour une utilisation avec un certain nombre de modèles animaux, y compris les souris et le poisson zèbre. electroretinogram analysis of the visual response in zebrafish larvae

L&#39;électrorétinogramme (ERG) est une méthode non invasive électrophysiologique pour déterminer la fonction rétinienne. Grâce à la mise en place d&#39;une électrode sur la surface de la cornée, l&#39;activité électrique généré en réponse à la lumière peut être mesurée et utilisée pour évaluer l&#39;activité des cellules rétiniennes in vivo. Ce manuscrit décrit l&#39;utilisation de l&#39;ERG pour mesurer la fonction visuelle chez le poisson zèbre. Poisson zèbre ont longtemps été utilisé comme un modèle pour le développement des vertébrés raison de la facilité de la suppression de gènes par des oligonucléotides morpholino et la manipulation pharmacologique.
