Las propiedades inmunomoduladoras de las células madre mesenquimales humanas (MSC) aparecen cada vez más relevante para la aplicación clínica. El uso de un sistema de co-cultivo de MSCs y leucocitos de sangre periférica pre-manchado con la succinimidil éster colorante fluorescente carboxifluoresceína (CFSE), se describe la evaluación in vitro de MSC sobre la proliferación de leucocitos inmunomodulación efector y subpoblaciones específicas.
