Nous décrivons ici un protocole visant à étudier l'impact de l'épissage aberrant sur la résistance aux médicaments dans les tumeurs solides et des cancers hématologiques. Pour cet objectif, nous avons analysé les profils transcriptomiques des modèles parentaux et résistants in vitro par l' ARN-seq et établi une méthode basée qRT-PCR pour valider les gènes candidats.
