El MSC óptima para su uso en algunas aplicaciones de investigación y clínicos debe ser altamente activa para maximizar su beneficio, y preferentemente prepara en condiciones XF definidos químicamente para reducir al mínimo la entrega de antígenos potenciales a partir de los componentes del medio xenogénicos tales como FBS. En los protocolos descritos aquí, hemos demostrado a los métodos 1) activar las MSC en cultivo 3D mediante la formación de esferoides, 2) lograr la activación 3D de las MSC en condiciones X...

Mesenquimales madre / células del estroma (MSC) han mostrado un gran potencial para los diversos enfoques de medicina regenerativa. MSCs fueron aislados inicialmente como un componente del estroma de médula ósea, pero desde entonces se han obtenido a partir de numerosos otros tejidos adultos, incluyendo el tejido adiposo 1, 2, 3. Curiosamente, el método de aislamiento principal abarca la notable propiedad de MSCs se adhiera firmemente en plástico de cultivo de tejidos en presencia de suero bovino fetal (FBS). Si bien esta técnica de aislamiento tradicional permite la expansión fácil y rápida de las MSC en dos dimensiones-cultivo (2D), que también es muy artificial y no tiene en cuenta importancia del medio ambiente nativo en tres dimensiones (3D) que conduce a la pérdida potencial de importante características celular 4, 5 , 6. Mesenquimales del estroma células madre / (MSC) son una gran promesa en la bioingeniería y la medicina regenerativa.
