Epigenetische factoren kunnen communiceren met genetische programma's voor het moduleren van genexpressie en de regulering van de B-cel functie. Door stimulatie van de in vitro B-cel, qRT-PCR, en high-throughput microRNA-sequence en mRNA-sequence benaderingen te combineren, kunnen we analyseren de epigenetische modulatie van miRNA en gen-expressie in B-cellen.
