mapping rna-rna interactions globally using biotinylated psoralen

RNA가 어떻게 상호 작용 하는지를 아는 것은 세포에서 RNA 기반의 유전자 조절을 이해하는 데 중요합니다. microRNA-mRNA 상호 작용과 같은 RNA-RNA 상호 작용의 예가 유전자 발현을 조절하는 것으로 나타 났지만 RNA 상호 작용이 세포에서 일어나는 전체 범위는 아직 알려지지 않았습니다.
