Her rapporterer vi en rekombinasjon-mediert kassett utveksling (RMCE) -basert struktur-funksjonsmetoden i KO-embryonale stamceller som gjør det mulig for den molekylære disseksjon av forskjellige funksjonelle domener eller varianter av et protein.
